KIDS SEEM BEAUTIFUL WHEN THEY ARE ELATED OR ECSTATIC

In today's morning assembly our tiny tots danced with minion with profound fun and enjoyment. Minion shaked hands with them and distributed toffees among them. All our young brains enjoyed a lot while taking toffees and offered a BIG THANK YOU to him.

Palm Printing Activity

There was intense excitement and smile on every students face for our junior kids Pre.Nursery, Nursery, PREP love to do palm activity as they just need to play with the colours . Children learn through their senses.

Children splattered their palms with different colours and put a print on paper.The kids enjoyed it alot.

Beginning of a new session renders a unique zeal among teachers & students.

GPS-55 commenced academic session ( 2024-25) on April 1,2024 ie Monday. A feeling of enjoyment & zeal interspersed among them as they interacted with their class teachers and fellow students. They were acquainted with the overview of syllabus . All were looking extremely ecstatic & amiable.

Result is the reward of our hard work

Today GPS-55 announced the annual result of grade pre nursery to 8 students with great zeal.

They were congratulated for their success and promoted to the next grades. They all were very ecstatic and enjoyed a lot while getting entangled in the frame for photos' point of view which was made for them. Not only this but they also delineated their excitement for the new beginning.

OUTINGS ALWAYS FRESHEN US UP COMPREHENSIVELY.

Tiny tots of GPS-55 enjoyed their outings to Leisure Valley Park. They performed various kinds of physical activities along with their peer groups & teachers. They grasped their refreshment frolically and embraced their outing with grace, zeal and fun.

ORIENTATION IS SOMETHING WHICH DIRECTS YOUR ATTENTION TO SOMETHING INDISPENSABLE.

GPS-55 ushered an orientation for the disciples of class 11 th in school premises where all PGTs and Class teachers acquainted them with their own subjects and streams.

Two new subjects( LEGAL STUDIES & PSYCHOLOGY) have been introduced this time as per New Educational Policy for the betterment of students keeping in mind their choice .

They were acquainted with why Psychology & Legal Studies are indispensable in our day to day life and career enhancement. They were counselled perfectly in order to opt for right stream.

Overall it got ended elegantly and nicely.

GPS-55 conducted a few activities for the tiny tots based on the theme FROLIC, FUN & PLAY. They all were so elated taking part in all activities.

Keeping this in mind, they were judged and three students were finalised from each activity( I, II & III) on the basis of their shrewdness, activeness and utmost involvement. Then they were honoured with medals & certificate of excellence by our honourable & dignified Principal Dr. VIBHA MADAN along with teachers.

Gurugram Public School, SEC-55 conducted AEROBICS & POTTERY ACTIVITY for the tiny tots from Pre primary to grade III.

The children had a blast as they learned about POTTERY. It was a fun and frolic activity as they used their hands and got messy while creating beautiful clay pots. The children were fascinated by the different techniques of moulding the clay and were eager to try them out. The potter guided them through the process of shaping their pots. The environment was filled with laughter and excitement as the children proudly displayed their comprehensive work.It was truly an enjoyable and educational activity that would surely be remembered by the children for a long time.

GPS -55 created lasting memories for the students of grades Pre-Primary to III with an exhilarating 'Ice Cream Party and Movie Show.' The event kicked off with an aerobics session which interspersed a lively tone throughout the day.

The aerobics session was followed by ice cream and a movie show screening 'Hanuman'. The ice creams were devoured with great delight in no time. On the other hand, laughter and excitement filled the air with extreme gaity.

The event proved as a resounding success and provided students a fun-filled day of fitness, treats, and entertainment.

After this, they were rendered a refreshing break from their usual routine.

Gurugram Public School, Sec 55 had organized a 'Flamless cooking Activity' for grades 1 to 3.

The day started with energetic session of zumba where children danced enfgusiastically. Students participated in Flameless cooking Activity where they made mouthwatering snacks.The event was followed by musical chair. The children delineated themselves into it. This was concluded with groovy dance numbers where all the students danced and enjoyed thoroughly.

GPS-55 organized Zumba and craft activities for the tiny tots of the Pre-Primary Wing. Under the careful supervision and guidance of their class teachers, the children performed elegantly while creating pen stands and wall hangings. They thoroughly enjoyed the activities and were ecstatic throughout. Such engaging activities not only enhance their thought processes but also improve their gross motor skills, sensory abilities, and social skills.

The core intent of this activity was to delinate versality,originality and ideagenous flavour of apparels .

All the kids appeared in colourful attires. All were looking very esstatic while performing this activity .

It interspersed a great joy and enthusiasm among them .

Health & Intellect are the blessings of life.

Outdoor games play a vital role not only in nurturing good health but also in team building and companionship. It also enhances gross motor skills of our disciples.

Tucking physical & social development of our disciples in mind, Fun races of various kinds were interspersed in the premises of our GPS -55.

The tiny tots of Pre- Primary Wing participated enthusiastically in

Pick The Ball", " Hola hoops" , & " Hurdle Race". All the kids delineated their fabulous sportsmanship and cheered a lot being very ecstatic. Overall, it was a fun- filled session which eventually showcased our kids' gaity on a grand level.

The post -exams funday was organised to provide students with a much needed break and an opportunity to unwind after the stress of exams.The event aimed to promote relaxation, socialization and overall well- being among students.

The day kicked off with a range of outdoor games and sports activities, including Zumba and Best out of Waste.

Students enthusiastically participated in all these activities showcasing their sportsmanship and teamwork skills.

Over all, the post exams funday was a resounding success, achieving its goal of providing students with a fun and frolic after exams.

The event not only helped students to relax and unwind but also fostered a sense of community and camaraderie among students and teachers.

Remembering and Celebrating the Legacy

Christmas celebrations

To celebrate this beautiful feeling, Gurugram Public School, Sector 55 conducted a Special Assembly on Christmas, which saw overwhelming participation and excitement from students of all grades and ages. Students chanted prayers and sang Carols in praise of the Christ.

**Wahe guruji ka Khalsa Wahe guruji ki Fateh**

Guru Nanak Jayanti is the most sacred and important festival in the Sikh community of India as well as across the world. To mark the birth anniversary of the first guru of Sikhism a special assembly was conducted by tiny tots of Pre- Primary classes. The students came in traditional sikh attire. They shared useful information related to the teachings of Guru Nanak Devji. A visit to Gurudwara was also arranged by Gurugram Public School, Sec-55 for classes of Pre- Primary to grade 2. There they all chanted 'Ik Onkar' prayer followed by 'Kadha Prasad'.

Best out of Waste

The "Best out of waste" activity is a wonderful opportunity for our students to unleash their creativity. Gurugram public school organised weekly activity of ' Best out of waste' for grade III-VIII on Friday 5.10.23. The recently concluded "Best Out of Waste" activity not only engaged our students in a creative and educational endeavor but also reinforced the importance of sustainable practices in their lives. By encouraging them to think outside the box and repurpose waste materials, we have nurtured a generation that values resourcefulness and cares for the environment. The primary objective of the "Best Out of Waste" activity was to instill in students the importance of recycling, reducing waste, and thinking creatively to transform seemingly useless items into valuable and purposeful ones. Through this activity, students have learned to appreciate the value of resourcefulness and apply it in their daily lives.

The Paw Patrol

Trips give students educational experiences and immense pleasure away from their regular school environment. Keeping this in mind,as part of a recreational trip children of classes Pre-Primary to V were taken to watch the movie,"The Paw Patrol" on 19th October 2023. The movie engaged the students and was a significant break from daily routine.It was a day filled with fun for all the kids.

Happy Halloween

Halloween is a festival to ward off evil eyes. It is a playful celebration of imagination and creativity helping children to have fun while learning to overcome fear and dealing with negative emotions. To promote effective and joyful participation of students Gurugram Public School, Sec-55 organised Halloween celebration for the students of PrePrimary to grade II . Students came dressed up in Halloween attire like ghosts, witches, Vampires, bats. They also brought scary masks , headgear etc The day was filled with joyous roars and the celebration full of fun and laughter.

" Imagination is the beginning of creation".The Ad Mad Show is the perfect platform to display that you can advertise and win hearts. With this thought Gurugram Public School, Sec-55 have organised an ' Ad Mad Show' Activity for grade I and II. Participants presented Ad's where they used their extraordinary skills and imagination to make it interesting. Students prepared an advertisement on any topic or object such as Maggi, Chocolate, Shoe, Biscuit,oil,dettol etc .They all participated with lots of enthusiasm.

As a part of extra curricular activity, 'Mask Making Activity"was held in Gurugram Public School, Sec 55 . Children of grade I and II enthusiastically participated in the activity. They prepared beautiful and colourful masks by using paper plates, colourful sheets etc. Some of the masks made by them were bunny mask, cat mask , flower mask etc. They all were so excited to show their creativity and all of them enjoyed a lot.

SHOW AND TELL ACTIVITY

Show and tell is a fun and easy activity for kids that comes with tons of learning benefits. It boosts self - esteem, develops confidence and sharpens speaking skills. Keeping this in mind Gurugram Public School, Sec-55 conducted 'Show and Tell 'Activity for children of class I and II. The theme was Favourite Toy. The children showcased the creative and innovative ideas to express the feelings of their favourite toys. Overall it was a spectacular learning experience for the students. It's not about perfection it's about the enthusiasm and ability to communicate through the journey. We appreciate the dedicated efforts of our kids.

Germination is defined as the beginning of growth as every seed grows into a plant.. Keeping this in mind germination of seeds was organised for Class I and II by Gurugram Public School, Sec-55. The activity aimed to promote and enhance the observation skills by observing the process of seed germination . They were also explained the conditions necessary for the germination of the seeds. The kids germinated the seed in a container brought by them. Children thoroughly enjoyed the activity.
